		<description>I would say that some of the info you have listed is good.  I would also have to say that machines are useless and should be melted down and sculpted into some kind of art instead.  Not only is sitting bad for training, but rotational axis of most machines don&#039;t match up to even the most average person.  Did you know that the original modern day peck-fly machine was designed around Milos Sarcev?
